Job Description:
MMA is searching for professionals with strong quantitative and analytic skills who can apply those skills to generate predictive models and forward looking insights for our clients in order to help them answer key questions, including how to drive more efficient and effective marketing, how to optimize pricing and promotion decisions, improve overall brand and marketing ROI, achieve both short and long term brand and equity objectives, optimize channel effectiveness and better forecast their business. MMA has been a leader in driving innovative analytic solutions for 30 years. In the past six years, MMA has grown over 400%.
Marketing Operations & Growth
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations (Initial focus):
- Select, implement, and manage marketing technology tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms).
- Establish and maintain data and analytics, lead scoring models, and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline lead handoff processes and improve pipeline visibility.
- Develop dashboards to measure marketing performance.
Growth Marketing (increasing over time):
- Develop and execute targeted demand generation campaigns, with a focus on ABM and high-value B2B strategies.
- Leverage marketing tools and data to identify and optimize growth opportunities.
- Drive lead acquisition and nurturing strategies across email, digital ads, and other channels.
- Collaborate with content and sales teams to create impactful marketing assets.
RFP Support (Ongoing):
- Support the RFP process by coordinating polished responses
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing contributions with client needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5–7+ years in marketing operations, growth marketing, or related roles in a B2B environment.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), ABM and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of marketing analytics, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Growth Mindset: Hands-on experience with demand generation, ABM, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaboration: Excellent cross-functional communication skills to work with sales, product, and leadership teams.
